Terima kasih !

Joint with Coral Shipping Corp. Greece at Fujairah UAE on June 2007.For dear all my brother, be carefully if U are getting a job for Middle East Company,As we knows one of our Brother Mas Yudha Prionggo was joint with Dubai Company(United Arab Emirates) just only one month the vessel under his command faced the trouble with Iranian Coast Guard in Iran sea territorial.Heard many Company there manage the Supply Vessel in their fleet but not for Offshore jobs!!!...They use most of their ships for collecting gas oil from Iranian fishing vessel as known subsidies by Iran Govt. That why Iranian Coast Guard Hunting for this type of ships whos cathed/suspected STS or deal with Iranian fishing vessel as well.
Plenty a good and Leading Company there, many opportunities and promised a good salary than other Asia country for the generally, but take into account bits advised below :

1.Is there a Reputable Company that you are going to joint?
2.The Company Manning agent listed in our Mess directory in Jakarta?
3.Don't to rush to making decision, consulted and sharing to Senior or others Mess
members that getting a job before there may give U best opinion before taking
decision to your career at Middle East.
4.Don’t start work on a ship without having a written contract/Agreement.
5.Never sign a blank contract, or a contract that binds you to any terms and conditions that are not specified or that you are not familiar with.
Always ensure that the contract clearly states the basic wages payable and make sure that the basic working hours are clearly defined (for example 40, 44 or 48 per week). The International Labor Organization states that basic working hours should be a maximum of 48 per week (208 per month).
6.Don’t sign a contract that allows the shipowner to withhold or retain any portion of your wages during the period of the contract. You should be entitled to full payment of wages earned at the end of each calendar month.

7.Never sign a contract that contains any clause stating that you are responsible for paying any portion of your joining or repatriation expenses.
